Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in myjudi96's intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the myjudi96 Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myjudi96 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether myjudi96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
myjudi96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your myjudi96 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arose.
myjudi96 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You may request closure of your myjudi96 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be either satisfied or the bonus balance forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal processing.
myjudi96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, where continued operation of your account creates regulatory or legal risk for myjudi96, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
